Updated: Aug 25, 2019

Prep time: About 20 minutes Servings: 2 What you'll need to get started:

The ingredients are so simple, and yet this dish packs so much flavor!

-2 Porkchops -Fresh thyme -3 tsp Nancy's garlic butter seasoning -Salt and ground black pepper -4 tablespoons butter -Olive oil

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Then, season the pork chops well with salt and pepper. The amount you put depends on your own personal taste.

Next, we are going to start preparing the garlic butter sauce. Melt the butter in a microwave and then transfer to a small bowl. Once melted, add the fresh thyme and the garlic butter seasoning and stir well and set aside.

Drizzle a little pit of olive oil into a pan over medium heat and add the pork chops. Sear them until they have a nice golden texture, about 4 minutes on each side. Turn off the stove top and pour the garlic butter sauce over the pork chops. Cook until the porkchops have an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Spoon additional sauce over the pork chops if desired.
