Prep time: 5 Minutes Total time: 30 minutes
What you will need to get started:
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 cup cooked chicken breast *seasoned with Nancy's cajun seasoning!
½ cup buffalo sauce
½ cup ranch salad dressing
½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Crackers or bread slices (tortilla chips work too)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spread cream cheese into an ungreased shallow 1-qt. baking dish. Layer with seasoned chicken, wing sauce and salad dressing. Sprinkle the pepper jack cheese over everything. You can stir in the ingredients, but I just layer everything on top of each other.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with the green onions.
Enjoy with bread or crackers! You will probably need to make more after the fact because buffalo chicken dip is so good!
