Servings: 28
What you'll need:
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1 lb ground lamb (You can substitute the lamb for beef)
28 bamboo skewers
3 TBSP grated onion
3 TBSP chopped parsley
2-3 TBSP Arabic mixed spice
Directions
Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes. In a small bowl combine the minced garlic and salt. Mash the mixture with the side of a knife.
Add the garlic mix onto the ground lamp. Add the grated onion, chopped parsley, and Arabic mixed spice to the lamp mix and blend well. Form the mixture into 28 balls. Form each ball around the tip of a skewer, flattening into a 2 inch oval; repeat with the remain skewers.
Place the kebabs onto a baking sheet, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Preheat an oiled grill on median heat. Cook the skewers on the grill and turn each kebab occasionally until done.
