What you'll need to get started:
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 packaged cream cheese
Food coloring (whatever color you'd like the cookies to be)
Powdered Sugar
Candy eyeballs (can be found at Party City & Target)
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together the egg, butter, vanilla extract, and cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in the cake mix. Add in the food coloring and continue to mix.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll the dough into balls and dip into a bowl of powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes.
When warm push the eye into the center of the cookie. If you'd like you can add multiple eyes.
Let the cookies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
