What you'll need to get started:
-1/4 cup rosemary olive oil (This can be purchased in our shop)
-3 tsp garlic herb seasoning
-1/4 cup lemon juice
-4 4 oz salmon fillets
-1 tsp salt

Whisk together the rosemary olive oil, salt, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add the garlic herb seasoning to the mixture. Pour over the uncooked salmon filets.
Warm up a frying pan over high heat and drizzle additional rosemary olive oil. Place the salmon fillets into the plan and reduce heat down to medium. Let the fillets sit for about four minutes. Turn the fish over and cook it through for another four minutes. Transfer to a plate when gold and crispy. Add additional salt if needed.
Serve with rice and asparagus.
